Check out some of my work

Tu's expertise in multiple domains & programming languages is truly impressive. She can take on any task ranging from CI/CD, Automated Testing through low-level C/C++ code to scripting with PowerShell and Web-development with TypeScript or JS. What sets Tu apart is her ability to take on any challenge with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. She has an ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, making the development process smoother and more efficient. Her leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and heard. As a Scrum Master, Tu was exceptional at guiding multiple teams through the Agile development process. She facilitated productive and efficient Scrum meetings, ensuring that all team members were aligned and focused on achieving our sprint goals. Her ability to balance responsibilities as a Scrum Master and developer was commendable, as she consistently delivered high-quality code while effectively managing the team's progress. Working with Tu was a valuable experience. Her technical expertise, leadership abilities, and dedication to the team's success made a significant impact.

-- Senior Software Applications Developer, Technical Lead

Tu is always willing to listen, give feedback and help however she can. I have had the pleasure of working with her on many initiatives, including more recent large organizational changes and efforts such as, software release methodologies and documentation standards. Without being asked, she volunteers to help with anything she feels she can add value to and creates actionable plans to make immediate progress, from product enhancements to engineer processes. She is always looking for ways to unblock the engineers she works with and wants to do the right thing for the product and company. I have worked with her for several years now on both technical project deliverables and processes around the organization and she is one of the few who I can trust to see what the right thing to do is, incorporate others' opinions and push to do the right thing even when up against organizational barriers.

-- Manager, Product Architect

Tu is an overall great coworker. Very good to communicate with, cares about the work and wants to do things the right way. She helped keep our team organized. She is continuously taking initiative. She always looks for areas to improve in and how we can work better as a team, while listening to team member feedback and incorporating that into her approach. She is never too stubborn or stuck in her ways, and adapts easily. As a scrum master we couldn't ask for a better person to be appointed this role. Tu excels with ease and grace and this is testament to her experience and training. She does a good job balancing scrum master duties while going above and beyond by still helping when needed with dev tasks and engaging in the sprint. She is always involved in process improvements, big and small. She single handedly transformed our documentation and what we’re adding to it is off of the base she built. Overall collaboration with Tu is a 5/5

-- Product Owner, Software Developer

Tu is a fantastic Agile Coach, Transformational Leader, and Scrum Master with great negotiation and cross functional communication skills. Her adeptness exceeded other scrum masters, some with 10+ years of experience. She was able to shift multiple team's workflows and processes into an agile mindset. Her work helped build resilience, quality, and consistency. The team became cross-trained. Leave and attrition were no longer disruptive. They owned their IP quality and end-to-end agile culture which slashed incoming bugs. The team still had good predictability and velocity despite having a 50%+ interrupt rate. And with her data analysis skills, the team became very transparent on execution. She was one of the few in the organization that successfully turned those that had been burned by failed Agile transformations in the past into into Agile Believers.

-- Manager

Tu is very tenacious. She dives deep into concepts she is passionate about and often ends up in a role to help drive adoption of that concept. Her work has led to numerous process and product improvements for my team. She was a strong asset in my UX team and major factor for better Agile adoption in the greater organization. I really enjoyed working with Tu.

-- Human Factors Engineer, UX/UI Developer

Tu is a rising star any organization would be lucky to have. She is fearless, capable, and a fantastic communicator. No matter what challenge she has faced, she has tackled with grace while working with individual engineers, project managers, and senior directors. She's the kind of person who not only does their job, but improves the working environment to increase everyone's productivity. If you want the best hire, you hire Tu.

-- Firmware Architect, Technical Lead

Tu and I co-led the Agile Process Improvement Team for an organization of 500 people. During this time, Tu quickly became the expert and go-to person for our Scrum and Kanban needs. To help prove her skills to others, she acquired 3 agile related certifications. Tu helped set the direction for the organization and was influential with both individual contributors and senior leaders in our group. Tu made a positive impact on the project and brought a lot of energy to the team.

-- Senior Windows Driver Developer, Technical Lead

Tu has proven to be a capable, supportive, and proactive leader. They make things better for everyone and act with intent.
